- Maintain fit-for-purpose program governance artefacts, templates, registers and reporting processes that support consistent and efficient delivery practices.
- Partner with business leads to track delivery, surface interdependencies and help remove barriers to implementation.
- Support benefits realisation and performance monitoring by maintaining measures, tracking outcomes and helping assess whether initiatives are delivering intended value.
- Identify and implement practical improvements to program office processes, tools and governance rhythms, contributing to a mature and value-adding strategy implementation function.
- Provide high-quality secretariat and coordination support to program governance forums, including agenda management, minute taking, action tracking and follow-up.
- Build strong working relationships across the business and contribute to a collaborative, disciplined and outcomes-focused delivery culture.
- Other duties within the employee’s skill, competence and training.
