We are looking for a talented and driven Business Process Manager to work closely with the CEO of Phoenix Advanced Investments and lead cross-organizational business processes, strategic projects, and executive decision-support activities.

What you’ll do?

• Work closely with the CEO and manage ongoing business processes and priorities
• Coordinate and support strategic projects and cross-organizational initiatives
• Conduct business, financial, and economic analyses and present actionable insights
• Prepare business presentations, dashboards, working documents, and materials for management and Board discussions
• Support Board activities and follow up on decisions and deliverables
• Drive internal stakeholders and track tasks through completion
• Support business transformation and M&A processes

What are we looking for?

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - required
• High-level proficiency in English - required
• Previous experience at a Big 4 firm - a significant advantage
• Experience as a business or financial analyst, including dashboard analysis - a significant advantage
• Experience in business, financial, and economic analysis
• Experience in M&A - a significant advantage
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience working with senior management, Boards, and multiple stakeholders
