战略采购主管 Strategic Purchasing supervisor

该职位来源于猎聘 工作内容 Job Content： 1. 负责指定物料物料品类的采购战略制定与落地；开展市场调研、行业行情分析、竞品对标及物料成本拆解分析，挖掘寻源优化空间，制定并落地品类中长期采购策略与寻源规划。 Develop and execute procurement strategies for assigned direct materials categories. Conduct market research, industry analysis, benchmarking and cost structure analysis to identify sourcing opportunities, build long-term category development plans and sourcing roadmaps.

• 联动产品、工程、品质、生产等部门，支持新产品导入、物料选型、样品认证、量产寻源工作；快速解决量产过程中的品质异常、交付延误、成本异常等问题。 Cooperate with PM, engineering, quality and production teams to support new product development, material validation, sample qualification and mass production sourcing. Solve abnormal issues of quality, delivery and cost in mass production. 3. 搭建供应商绩效评估体系，围绕质量、成本、交付、服务（QCDS）开展定期考核；实施供应商分层分级管理，培育核心战略供应商，推动弱势供应商整改及不合格供应商淘汰；负责新供应商的开发、资质审核、现场稽核与导入落地。 Establish supplier assessment system, conduct regular supplier performance review (QCDS). Classify suppliers and implement tiered management including strategic partnership cultivation, supplier improvement and elimination mechanism. Responsible for new supplier sourcing, qualification audit, evaluation and introduction. 4. 主导供应商框架协议、价格、账期、品质条款、交付条款等商务谈判；承接年度降本指标，推进常态化降本、工艺优化、替代物料导入等降本项目；定期复盘成本结构，杜绝不合理涨价，达成公司财务目标。 Lead strategic negotiation on price, payment terms, quality clauses, delivery terms and framework agreements. Drive annual cost-down projects, cost improvement initiatives, and value engineering projects to achieve company’s financial targets. Conduct regular cost review and avoid irrational price rising. 5. 识别品类采购风险，包括单一供货、产能不足、地缘风险、物料断供等隐患；推进双供方/多供方布局，制定供应链风险应急预案，规避断供风险，保障交付稳定。 Identify potential supply risks including single-source dependency, capacity risk, geo-political risk and material shortage risk. Establish dual-sourcing or multi-sourcing strategy, formulate risk contingency plans, and ensure supply continuity and stability. 任职要求 Requirements： 1. 本科及以上，光学、机械、电子、供应链等相关专业。 Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Optics, Mechanical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related. 2. 3-6年外企制造业战略采购经验；熟悉新品导入、样品认证、品类策略全流程。有视觉或电子产品相关供应商开发工作经验的优先。

3–6 years strategic sourcing experience in foreign manufacturing enterprises. Familiar with New Product Introduction process, sample qualification and category management.

Experience in supplier development related to visual or electronic products is preferred. 3. 精通成本拆解、商务谈判、供应商认证、品类管理；熟练SAP/ERP及Excel数据分析。 Proficient in cost breakdown analysis, strategic negotiation, supplier validation and QCDS management; familiar with SAP/ERP system and Office advanced data analysis. 4. 英语读写流利，可熟练处理英文邮件、参与外企会议沟通；有英语六级证书。 Good English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, able to handle daily email communication and cross-border meeting. English and have CET-6. 5. 项目推进能力强、沟通协调高效、具备极强的合规意识 Project driving ability, cross-departmental communication and risk control awareness 6. 能够熟练使用MS office软件。有SAP软件等使用经验优先 Good command in MS Software. Preferred to have experience on SAP.
