What they need
- Licensed Engineer is preferred.
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience in project solutioning, technical sales, architectural design, workplace strategy, pre-construction, or fit-out projects.
- Solid understanding of commercial interior fit-out, construction methodologies, MEPF coordination, and workplace solutions.
- Proven experience in project costing, value engineering, proposal development, and integrated project delivery.
- Strong ability to develop client-focused technical solutions that align with commercial objectives and project requirements.
- Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and client engagement skills.
- Capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative and technically sound project solutions.
- Experience in corporate fit-out, commercial interiors, workplace consulting, or design-and-build environments is an advantage.
