Strategic Sourcing Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space. This role will manage sourcing and supplier priorities that improve value, reliability, and operational performance. You will partner with finance, operations, legal, and business stakeholders to negotiate effectively, manage vendors, and support better purchasing decisions. The position offers the opportunity to improve cost discipline, supplier performance, and the processes that support scalable execution within a Real Estate & Construction environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $103,500 – $124,630 annually

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commodity sourcing strategies for various initiatives
• Conduct market research and devise strategic sourcing plans based on client needs and spending analysis
• Lead cross-functional teams in executing sourcing strategies and managing sourcing events
• Manage supplier relationships and facilitate performance reviews to ensure compliance and drive improvements
• Support operations teams by providing guidance in sourcing and supply chain activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or related discipline
• MBA preferred
• Minimum of 5 years in strategic sourcing for services or indirect categories, preferably facilities
• Demonstrated ability to lead decentralized teams and influence across various levels of the organization
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
