Strategic Support Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for drafting, reviewing, and consolidating reporting materials for the company.
• Responsible for organizing and coordinating company meetings (including Board of Directors meetings and General Manager’s Office meetings), as well as reviewing related meeting materials.
• Responsible for conducting industry and operational data analysis to support decision-making by the Board of Directors and senior management.
• Lead the implementation of key tasks assigned by parent organizations, the Board of Directors, and the General Manager’s Office, including follow-up tracking and reporting.
• Assist the department head in daily management tasks within the department.
• Complete other duties assigned by leadership.

Requirements:

• Full-time bachelor’s degree or higher; preference for majors in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in securities companies; investment banking experience preferred.
• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to independently produce high-quality official documents, reports, and presentations.
• Proficient in Excel and other tools; skilled in data analysis and visualization.
• Solid understanding of financial fundamentals; capable of interpreting financial statements and key operational metrics.
• Strong logical thinking, sense of responsibility, excellent communication and coordination skills, and ability to work under pressure.
