Who We Are Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable university with a minimum GPA of 3.00
• Fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of work experience
• Demonstrated leadership experience through organizations, projects, competitions, or community involvement
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• High learning agility, adaptability, and ownership
• Willing to undergo an intensive development program and be assigned across various functions and locations
