Role: Business Analyst Non-US Rater

Type: Short-Term Contractor Assignment

Location: Remote

Compensation: $11/hour

Commitment: Part-time, 20 40 hours/week

Start Date: Immediate

Role Overview

• Evaluate and compare chatbot responses against defined business and quality criteria.
• Analyze business-related outputs, identify gaps, and provide accurate structured assessments.
• Support AI performance improvement by applying strong business judgment, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar business/data tools.
• Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping, and working with cross-functional teams.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to evaluate chatbot/business outputs against defined criteria.
• Knowledge of Agile or Scrum is an added advantage.
