- Manages processes and systems for forecasting, budgeting, and financial consolidation.
- Provides senior management with long-term (five-year and beyond), annual, and mid-year budgets.
- Prepares and delivers presentations related to the strategic/five-year plan and annual budgets.
- Tracks and reviews key performance indicators (KPIs), goals, and objectives aligned with the corporate work plan.
- Continuously improves the budgeting process by educating department managers on financial matters that impact departmental budgets.
