Strategy and Business Development Manager (Corporate)

What You'll Be Doing

• Drive corporate strategy and business planning, translating priorities into actionable initiatives and measurable targets
• Identify and develop new revenue opportunities, strategic partnerships, channels, markets, and business models
• Build business cases, commercial models, financial projections, and partnership proposals for new opportunities
• Evaluate new products and opportunities across digital payments, fintech, financial services, and adjacent markets
• Analyze revenue, profitability, transaction volumes, and business performance to uncover growth opportunities and performance gaps
• Lead strategic initiatives from concept and business case through implementation and measurable results
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance, Operations, IT, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and other teams to drive execution
• Prepare executive-level insights and recommendations to support key business and investment decisions

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Finance, Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline
• 6+ years of relevant experience in strategy, business development, corporate planning, management consulting, partnerships, fintech, banking, payments, telecommunications, e-commerce, or related industries
• Experience in fintech, payments, financial services, digital platforms, or technology-driven businesses is preferred.
