Strategy & Finance Consultant

Position Overview

Based in Dubai, this role involves integration into a global project team of approximately ten consultants, including a PMO based at the Group's headquarters in Europe. As an embedded consultant supporting the 3-Year VCP process, you will provide strategic and financial support to market and regional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support market and regional teams in developing their 3-Year strategic and financial plans

• Support the quantification of value creation initiatives (topline, margin, cash)

• Provide rigorous analytical support (market/P&L modelling, scenario analysis, opportunity sizing, cost and value levers)

• Ensure consistency of methodologies, templates, and output quality across markets

• Aggregate market outputs into clear regional and group-level insights

• Facilitate working sessions and workshops with regional and local leadership teams

• Translate complex analysis into clear, decision-ready materials for senior stakeholders (VCP Excel/PowerPoint)

• Act as a thought partner to Group and Regional leadership, constructively challenging assumptions where needed

About the Client

An international Group operating in the FMCG sector with products sold in more than 100 countries.

Location : Dubaï - full-time for 3 to 4 months, starting ASAP

Required Qualifications

• Senior Consultant/Manager level experience from a top-tier strategy or management consulting firm

• 3-6 years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, or performance improvement

• Strong analytical skills and high level of accuracy

• Strong facilitation skills and executive-level communication

• Experience working across multiple geographies and complex stakeholder environments

• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and drive to practical outcomes

• High level of autonomy and comfort operating in an embedded role within a corporate environment

• High mastery of Excel and PowerPoint

• Knowledge of and experience with Nielsen and Qantar data

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consumer goods and private equity environments
