Strategy and Innovation Associate

ABOUT THE ROLE:

The role includes leading product incubation, designing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and driving innovation within flagship programs. The role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, project management, and entrepreneurial skills to build scalable and sustainable initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Product, Venture, and Flagship Program Development
• Lead the incubation and conceptualization of new initiatives and other innovative revenue streams.
• Develop a product roadmap to guide the lifecycle of new offerings from ideation to execution.
• Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Support the growth and expansion of flagship programs, ensuring innovation and long-term sustainability.
• Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Execution
• Develop and execute GTM strategies for new products and initiatives, ensuring successful market entry and adoption.
• Design and implement pilot programs to test and refine new concepts before full-scale rollout.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Innovation, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in product development, fundraising, innovation, or business strategy.
• Strong understanding of product management, go-to-market strategies, and revenue diversification.
• Ability to develop data-driven strategies and execute innovative initiatives.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in piloting and scaling new programs.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and project management skills.
