Strategy & Operations Associate

A fast-growing healthcare AI startup, is looking for a Strategy & Operations Associate to help scale the business as it expands its provider footprint.

What You'll Do

• Identify operational bottlenecks across Growth, Clinical, and Operations, and redesign workflows to create clearer ownership and fewer manual handoffs
• Own the company's operating cadence, metrics, dashboards, and reporting so leadership has a clear view of performance
• Partner with Product and Engineering to turn operational pain points into automation opportunities and stronger internal systems
• Build models, decision memos, operating plans, and recommendations that support leadership decisions, even when the data is messy or incomplete
• Lead high-priority cross-functional projects from problem definition through recommendation, execution, and measurement
• Support annual and quarterly planning, forecasting, market research, and competitive analysis to improve resource allocation and help the company scale its provider footprint

What We're Looking For

• 4–10 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, investing, strategy, business operations, or a high-growth tech company
• A track record of owning important projects end to end and delivering measurable results
• Comfort turning messy or incomplete data into clear recommendations, and then carrying those recommendations through to execution
• The ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment without a defined playbook

Bonus Points

• Startup experience
• Healthcare operations experience, especially in specialty medication access, prior authorization, or provider workflows

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
