About the Role

We are looking for a high-impact Manager – Strategy & Operations to work closely with the Founder’s Office and leadership team. The role involves driving strategic business initiatives, solving critical business problems, and ensuring effective execution across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced B2C startup environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, structured problem-solving abilities, and experience driving business outcomes through data-driven decision-making and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Founder’s Office & Strategic Initiatives

• Partner with senior leadership to drive high-priority strategic initiatives.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into structured strategies and actionable plans.
• Own end-to-end execution of projects impacting growth, revenue, and operational efficiency.

2. Data-Driven Decision Making

• Analyse business data to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
• Build dashboards, track KPIs, and identify performance gaps.
• Independently solve critical business and analytical problems.

3. Business Operations & Execution

• Drive operational excellence across Sales, Product, Marketing, Technology, and Operations.
• Identify business bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions.
• Ensure timely execution of initiatives and measurable business outcomes.

4. Cross-Functional Leadership

• Lead cross-functional projects and align stakeholders across teams.
• Drive accountability and execution without direct reporting authority.
• Work with leadership to prioritise initiatives and deliver business objectives.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of total professional experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in Strategy, Business Operations, or Founder’s Office roles.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience working with data in an individual contributor capacity.
• Experience working in Series A or later-stage B2C startups; EdTech experience is preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Strong exposure to cross-functional project leadership.
• Excellent analytical, structured thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced, high-growth environments.
• Experience managing a team is an added advantage.
