Strategy & Performance Analyst

We are looking for a motivated and analytical Analyst to join our team and support strategic planning, performance management, KPI/KRI development, and project management activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support strategic planning and performance management activities.
• Develop, track, and analyze KPIs and KRIs.
• Support project planning, monitoring, and reporting.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support decision-making.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and performance updates.
• Monitor project milestones, risks, action plans, and deliverables.
• Conduct research and analysis and identify opportunities for process and performance improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in analysis, strategy, consulting, performance management, or project management.
• Knowledge of KPIs, KRIs, strategic planning, and performance management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
