Strategy & Projects Manager

We are looking for a Strategy & Projects Manager to lead strategic business initiatives and drive operational excellence across the organization. This role is responsible for developing and executing cross-functional projects, improving business processes, identifying operational efficiencies, and partnering with department leaders to align initiatives with the company's long-term goals and growth strategy.

The ideal candidate has experience in business operations, strategy, project management, management consulting, or process improvement, with strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. They are passionate about optimizing business performance, leading organizational change, and collaborating across teams to implement scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency and support sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of major campaigns, ensuring operational readiness and cross-functional coordination.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and performance metrics to drive accountability and alignment.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, streamline workflows, and implement process improvements.
• Lead strategic projects and operational initiatives that support business growth and scalability.
• Monitor project and campaign performance, conduct post-campaign reviews, and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with department heads to optimize processes, automate workflows, and implement scalable solutions.
• Mentor Business Operations team members and promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in business operations, strategy, project management, or process improvement, including 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional projects and driving operational improvements.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, technology, or a high-growth startup is highly preferred.

Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
