Strategy Consultant Position:

Health System Advisors is searching for a Strategy Consultant to join our team. As a Strategy Consultant, you will:

• Define analytic approaches, integrate multiple analyses, and develop understanding of client problems to identify issues and opportunities
• Gather and refine complex data sets and data sources to enable accurate and robust quantitative analyses
• Provide insight into options, implications and contribute to team's understanding of client's overall problem and potential solutions
• Support consulting team by delivering against time committments
• Create client communications, present analytic findings and recommendations, and field client questions with minimal support
• Contribute to firm’s knowledge development by capturing client engagement approaches and insights.
• Work collaboratively with the internal team, share knowledge and experiences.

This is a local job, candidates should be based in the greater Twin Cities area.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree preferred. Related fields include economics, statistics, math or business
• Strong Microsoft Excel, Access and PowerPoint expertise.
• Must be able to travel 50%.
• Driven to achieve excellence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Knowledge of health care industry highly preferred, but not required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
