Strategy Intern

Responsibilities：

• Conduct industry, competitive, technology, and policy research to support strategic decision-making.

• Monitor and analyze key market trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments.

• Synthesize research findings into clear, executive-ready reports, presentations, and insights.

• Support strategic initiatives and special projects across the organization.

• Maintain and enhance research databases, knowledge repositories, and information resources.

• Coordinate cross-functional information gathering and stakeholder inputs.

• Leverage AI tools and digital solutions to improve team productivity, research efficiency, and knowledge management.

Requirements：

• Strong analytical thinking and research capabilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and AI productivity tools.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Public Policy, or a related field.

• Solid engineering foundation with the ability to understand and analyze technology and industry trends.

• Basic understanding of the semiconductor industry, including key market drivers, technologies, and ecosystem dynamics.

• Strong interest in the semiconductor, AI, automotive, or industrial technology sectors.

• Prior experience in research, consulting, market analysis, strategy projects, or technology-related studies is a plus.

• Experience using AI tools for research, analysis, and productivity enhancement is a plus.
