Strategy Lead

Leading Vero’s planning and strategy efforts in Myanmar for both new business leads and internal client planning. You will lead a team of strategists and a research analyst to develop innovative, data-driven strategies that drive business growth and deliver exceptional results for our clients. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute integrated creative campaigns, ensuring that all work is grounded in insights and aligned with client business objectives. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creative problem-solving, and leadership skills to drive success in a fast-paced agency environment. As the head of the strategic planning department in Myanmar, you will be the team’s go-to resource for market insights, trends, and communication problem-solving for current and new clients.
