岗位概述 Drive market intelligence and strategic planning for Banpu China business by translating China energy-market, policy and competitive developments into actionable insights, growth priorities and management decisions. 负责万浦中国区域的市场洞察与战略规划，将中国能源市场、政策及竞争格局变化转化为可执行的业务洞察、增长重点和管理决策支持. Key Role and Responsibilities 主要角色与职责

• Track key policies, market mechanisms and regulatory developments across energy market; conduct market intelligence and thematic research and provide regular management briefings. 跟踪中国能源市场相关政策、市场机制与监管变化，开展市场情报及专题研究，并定期向管理层汇报关键洞察。
• Develop company business objectives and growth strategy; work with business teams to identify priorities, growth opportunities, portfolio choices and regional focus. 参与制定公司业务目标与增长战略，与各业务团队共同识别业务重点、增长机会、业务组合及区域布局。
• Support the MD and management team on key decisions through structured analysis, scenario assessment and actionable recommendations. 通过结构化分析、情景评估及可执行建议，支持董事总经理及管理团队进行关键决策。
• Support major business and investment decisions, including preparation and analysis for investment committee discussions. 支持重大业务及投资决策，包括投资委员会相关材料准备与分析。
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and prepare executive briefings, management reports and decision materials for management discussions, headquarters communication and key external meetings. 开展专项分析，并为管理层讨论、集团总部沟通及重要外部会议准备高管简报、管理报告及决策材料。 Qualifications and Education Requirements 任职资格
• Bachelor's degree or above in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Energy, or a related field; MBA or other relevant postgraduate degree is preferred. 经济学、金融、工商管理、能源或相关专业本科及以上学历；MBA或其他相关研究生学历优先。
• 5–8 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, market intelligence or the energy industry; experience across both professional services and in-house corporate roles is preferred. Strong understanding of China’s energy markets and the business models/value drivers across project development, M&A and power retail.

具备5–8年战略咨询、企业战略、市场情报或能源行业相关经验；兼具专业服务及企业内部战略工作经验者优先。深入理解中国能源市场，并熟悉项目开发、并购及售电业务模式与价值驱动因素。
