Strategy Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute our company’s strategic development plan, ensuring alignment between long-term goals and short-term operational plans
• Oversee (investment promotion) activities, including formulating strategies, identifying potential partners, organizing negotiations, signing cooperation agreements, and tracking the progress of collaborative projects
• Manage project tasks, including project initiation, resource allocation, progress monitoring, risk assessment, and problem-solving, to ensure projects are executed smoothly as planned
• Monitor industry trends, analyze market dynamics, and provide strategic recommendations and support to the company’s decision-makers.
• Maintain close communication with other departments to coordinate resources and ensure cross-departmental alignment with strategic goals
• Lead market research and data analysis efforts to provide data-driven support for the company’s strategic decisions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field
• Over 1-2 years of experience in strategic planning, investment promotion, or project management, with a preference for candidates with successful case studies
• Strong market analysis, strategic planning, and project management skills, with the ability to independently plan and implement complex projects
• Familiarity with investment promotion policies and processes, coupled with extensive business negotiation experience and skills.
• In-depth understanding of the industry in which the company operates, with keen insight into industry development trends
• Excellent team management and organizational coordination abilities, capable of leading a team to collaborate efficiently; outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to establish strong relationships with partners at various levels
• Strong resilience and problem-solving abilities, capable of making quick decisions in a complex and changing market environment
