Strategy Manager - Consulting

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage strategy engagements and workstreams from hypothesis development through to delivery.
• Structure complex business problems, ensuring rigorous analysis and high-quality client outcomes.
• Mentor and develop consultants, fostering capability and a collaborative team culture.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and influence key strategic decisions.
• Contribute to business development activities, proposal development and client growth.
• Support the ongoing development of the firm's intellectual capital, thought leadership and practice areas.

About You
You are an accomplished strategy consultant who enjoys solving complex problems, leading teams and building trusted client relationships.
You'll bring:

• 5–8 years' management consulting experience from a top-tier or high-quality boutique consulting firm.
• Demonstrated experience delivering strategic consulting engagements and leading key workstreams.
• Outstanding structured problem-solving and critical thinking capability.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Proven experience leading teams, managing stakeholders and developing strong client relationships.
