Strategy Officer

Job Summary

The Strategy Officer supports the organization's strategic planning and business development activities. Reporting to the Chief Strategic Officer, this role leverages market research, software tools, and financial understanding to construct business projections, and support strategic decision-making.

How Will You Contribute

• In-Depth Market Research: Lead comprehensive macroeconomic, industry, and competitor research to track emerging market trends, benchmark company performance, and identify new business opportunities or strategic risks.
• Data Consolidation & Business Projections: Gather, validate, and analyze data to build business projection reviews, utilizing foundational financial knowledge to prepare strategic management reports.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with upper management and operational unit to gather and validate financial and operational data for strategic reviews.

What Will Make You Successful

• Education & Experience: A college degree in Financial Management or any business-related field, preferably with 1–2 years of relevant experience in strategic planning, data analysis, or market research.
• Market Research Expertise: Strong proficiency in market/trend research, competitor analysis, and industry benchmarking.
• Basic Accounting & Finance Knowledge: Foundational understanding of financial concepts, financial reviews, and accounting principles necessary to analyze business metrics (such as financial statements) and construct projections.
• Microsoft Office & Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (e.g., data manipulation, modeling, formulas, spreadsheets) and proficiency in PowerPoint for preparing executive-level management presentations and reports.
• Core Behaviors: Public speaking, strong attention to detail, and a highly analytical mindset.
