We are looking for a Strategy Specialist who is passionate about social media, influencer marketing, content strategy and digital culture.

This role combines creative thinking, audience insights, trend analysis and campaign performance to develop effective social and influencer-led strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate client briefs and marketing objectives into compelling social media and influencer marketing strategies.
• Develop creative content angles, storytelling concepts, campaign hooks and creator-first ideas.
• Create platform-native content strategies based on audience behaviour and social media trends.
• Research emerging trends, pop culture, influencers and digital communities to identify relevant brand opportunities.
• Review content ideas using an understanding of short-form storytelling, video pacing, visual execution and creative feasibility.
• Collaborate with creative teams, campaign teams, creators and stakeholders to develop executable campaign concepts.
• Analyse campaign performance, identify insights and recommend improvements for future strategies.
• Prepare strategy presentations, campaign proposals, creative recommendations and client-facing decks.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Relevant experience in content strategy, social media marketing, influencer marketing, creative strategy, digital marketing or a related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, short-form video content, audience engagement and creator ecosystems.
• Ability to translate client objectives, trends and consumer insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Creative and analytical thinking with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to interpret campaign performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation and storytelling skills.
• Organised, adaptable and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset, strong ownership and willingness to learn.
