Manage streamers to Kick and Inhouse games -recruit, train

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the streaming studio, including setup, operation, and maintenance of equipment and software.
• Coordinate with content creators, technical staff, and external partners to plan and execute live streams and recorded content.
• Oversee video editing workflows using tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe After Effects to produce polished videos for broadcast or social media.
• Utilize photography skills to capture behind-the-scenes moments and promotional content that enhance brand storytelling.
• Design engaging visual assets using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign to support branding and marketing initiatives.
• Ensure seamless integration of audio-visual elements during live broadcasts by troubleshooting technical issues promptly.
• Maintain a schedule for content production, editing deadlines, and equipment calibration to ensure consistent quality output.

Skills

• Proven experience in video editing with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator) and Final Cut Pro.
• Strong knowledge of photography principles to capture high-quality images for various media needs.
• Expertise in operating streaming hardware and software platforms for live broadcasting.
• Ability to create compelling visual designs that align with brand identity using Adobe InDesign and other design tools.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with creative teams and external partners.
• A passion for innovation in digital media production combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
