What You’ll Do:
- Provide personalized one-on-one assisted stretching sessions to members and clients.
- Work on Growing the Stretch Suite and your services
- Assess flexibility and mobility needs, creating tailored stretching protocols.
- Educate clients on mobility, posture, and injury-prevention strategies.
- Work closely with our personal training, recovery, and wellness teams to support members’ goals.
