Job Overview
Dr. Stretch is looking for passionate and motivated Stretch Trainers to help clients improve mobility, flexibility, and overall physical well-being through guided, assisted stretching sessions. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in physical therapy, sports science, fitness, or movement-related fields.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe and effective assisted stretching sessions following Dr. Stretch protocols
• Assess client needs and tailor stretching programs accordingly
• Guide and assist clients through proper movements and stretches
• Ensure client comfort, safety, and positive experience during sessions
• Educate clients on movement, flexibility, and injury prevention
• Maintain professional, respectful, and clear communication with clients
• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and skill development
• Adhere to company standards, hygiene, and operational procedures

Qualifications

• Background in Physical Therapy, Sports Science, Kinesiology, or Fitness
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Basic knowledge of anatomy, movement, and injury prevention
• Willingness to learn and follow standardized Dr. Stretch protocols
• Professional, disciplined, detail-oriented, and client-focused
• Physically able to assist stretches and demonstrate movements
• Open to continuous training and development
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and peak hours
