What You'll Do

• Guide clients through enrollment with clarity and professionalism
• Focus on delivering excellent, client-centered service
• Handle documentation accurately and stay on top of follow-ups
• Build strong, long-term client relationships
• Take part in continued mentorship and team development
• Lead virtual Zoom consultations with clients
• Present supplemental benefit options tailored to each individual or family

What You Bring

• Customer service or consultative background a plus, not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
• A Windows laptop or PC, webcam, and dependable internet
• Confidence with virtual meetings and everyday digital tools
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Willingness and ability to obtain required state licensing, if applicable
• A service-minded, mission-driven attitude
