Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the striking team to execute tasks efficiently and safely, adhering to project plans and safety protocols
• Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to meet project deadlines
• Ensure all striking activities comply with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a culture of safety first
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trades to facilitate seamless workflow and resolve any issues promptly.
• Conduct regular site inspections to verify quality standards are maintained during striking operations
• Provide mentorship and supervision to team members, fostering a productive and positive work environment

Qualifications

• Proven Supervisor experience in shuttering and concrete frames with a strong back ground in striking.
• Supervising experience with a strong ability to lead teams effectively in fast-paced environments
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously
• Strong communication skills for clear coordination with team members and stakeholders
• Knowledge of safety regulations related to striking activities and construction site operations
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing project needs while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• A CSCS card is essential for this role along with 2 forms of ID.

Pay: £220.00-£280.00 per day
