Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily striping operations, ensuring all work is completed efficiently and according to specifications.
• Stripe and lead crew to assist, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with clients, ensuring clear communication about project scope, timeline, and expectations.
• Ensure all striping equipment and materials are in good working condition.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of materials and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Review work completed for accuracy, precision, and quality.
• Train new employees on proper techniques and safety protocols.
• Monitor compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards, promoting a safe working environment for all team members.
• Review project maps and plans to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
• Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure quality control and adherence to contract specifications.
• Provide training and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Proficient in operating striping equipment..
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Effective communication skills to relay information clearly among team members and management.
• Problem-solving abilities to address challenges that arise during construction projects.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality workmanship is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in road or parking lot striping.
• Proven experience in a striping leader role with the ability to work as a team and all aspects of striping.
• Strong knowledge of striping equipment and materials.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical labor.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be dependable, self-motivated, honest, organized, trustworthy and able to work independently.
• Ability to read and interpret maps, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong leadership qualities with effective communication skills for team coordination.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.35 - $32.94 per hour
