STRUCTURAL ANALYSIS ENGINEER

MEBS Construction OPC is looking for an experienced Structural Analysis Engineer for a Work From Home (WFH), project-based setup.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in Structural Analysis and Structural Design
• Strong knowledge of structural engineering principles, calculations, and design standards
• Experienced in preparing structural computations and structural plans
• Knowledgeable in designing residential and commercial structures
• Experience using structural analysis and design software is required
• Must have own computer/laptop and necessary software/equipment to perform the work
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines
• ASEP membership is a plus
• Experience in preparing BOQ / Cost Estimates is an advantage

Scope of Work

The Structural Analysis Engineer may be assigned to:

• Perform structural analysis and calculations
• Prepare structural design recommendations
• Design structural members such as foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and other structural components
• Prepare or coordinate structural drawings
• Review architectural plans for structural requirements
• Coordinate with Architects, Civil Engineers, and Management
• Prepare BOQ / Quantity Take-Off / Cost Estimates, when required
• Revise structural analysis and design based on approved project changes

Compensation

Starting Rate for Structural Analysis: ₱35 per square meter of Total Floor Area

Additional professional fees will apply for:

• Structural Design
• Structural Plans / Detailing
• BOQ / Quantity Take-Off
• Cost Estimate
• Other additional engineering services as required by the project

Rates for additional services will be discussed depending on the project scope and complexity.

Work Arrangement

Work From Home – Project Based _DAVAO
