Software Skills: Revit Structure, Navisworks, AutoCAD, ACC

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage structural Revit models with required LOD as per project stages (LOD 300450).
• Coordinate with Architectural, MEP, and Interior teams for multidisciplinary BIM integration.
• Prepare and maintain Revit families, templates, and schedules as per project standards.
• Perform clash detection and model coordination using Navisworks.
• Ensure model accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company BIM standards.
• Support in the preparation of construction drawings and shop drawings derived from BIM models.
• Collaborate with BIM Coordinators and Engineers to implement best modeling practices.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 3–6 years of experience in Revit Structural modeling.
• Strong understanding of RC, Steel, and Post-tensioned structures.
• Familiarity with BIM standards, naming conventions, and file management.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
