Job Description Structural BIM Modeler
Experience: 2-5 Years
Location: Gurugram
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop 3D Rebar Models using Revit Structure.
- Prepare Reinforcement Detailing, Rebar Shop Drawings, and BBS.
- Model reinforcement for beams, columns, slabs, walls, foundations, etc.
- Prepare and modify 2D Structural Drawings using AutoCAD.
- Read and interpret structural drawings and design details.
- Coordinate with structural/BIM teams and resolve modelling clashes.
- Ensure accurate and timely project deliverables.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Revit Structure Rebar Modelling.
- Good understanding of Reinforcement Detailing and RCC structures.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2D.
- Steel structure modelling
- Good knowledge of structural drawings and BIM coordination.
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil/Structural Engineering preferred.Role & responsibilities
