Structural BIM Modeler

We are looking for an experienced Structural BIM Modeler specializing in steel reinforcement (rebar) modeling to join our team.

Experience Required: Minimum 3 years in Structural BIM Modelling

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed structural BIM models, including reinforcement and rebar detailing.
• Prepare reinforcement shop drawings, Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), and construction drawings.
• Interpret structural drawings and reinforcement specifications.
• Coordinate with structural engineers and other BIM disciplines.
• Ensure model accuracy and adherence to project requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in structural BIM modeling, with hands-on experience in steel rebar modeling.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit Structure and/or Tekla Structures.
• Strong knowledge of reinforcement detailing, BBS, and structural drawings.
• Ability to meet project deadlines and work collaboratively.

Working Hours: 10:30 AM to 8:30 PM
