Structural BIM Modeler (Revit)

We are looking for an experienced Structural BIM Modeler based in India to join our growing technical team and support international AEC projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop accurate and high-quality structural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Create and maintain detailed 3D structural models based on project drawings, specifications, and requirements.
• Model structural elements such as foundations, columns, beams, walls, floors, roofs, and other structural components as required.
• Produce drawings, documentation, schedules, and other model outputs from Revit.
• Work with structural drawings, markups, specifications, and other technical information.
• Maintain model quality, organization, consistency, and accuracy throughout the project.
• Support model revisions and updates based on client and project requirements.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the required quality and accuracy standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in Structural Revit modeling.
• Strong practical knowledge of Autodesk Revit Structure.
• Good understanding of structural drawings, construction documentation, and structural elements.
• Experience developing detailed structural BIM models for construction projects.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, plans, sections, and details.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to model accuracy.
• Strong English communication skills.
