Structural Design Enginee

Markin Engineering Consultancy LLC is seeking a Structural Desig Engineer with experience in villa structural design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Structural design and analysis for villas and residential projects.
• Prepare structural calculations and drawings.
• Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams.
• Address authority comments and design revisions.
• Provide technical support during construction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of structural design experience in Dubai/UAE.
• Strong experience in villa structural design is mandatory.
• Excellent knowledge of RC structures, foundations, slabs, beams, columns, and retaining walls.
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000 and AutoCAD.
• Good knowledge of Dubai Municipality, DDA requirements and other authority submissions.
• Ability to prepare structural calculations, drawings, and details independently.
• UAE consultancy experience preferred.
