Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Structural Design Engineer to join our engineering team and work on residential and commercial projects for Australian clients.

The successful candidate will be responsible for structural analysis, engineering calculations, structural design, detailing, drawing review, and preparation of technical documentation in accordance with applicable engineering standards.

This is a design-focused engineering position, not a site or construction management role.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform structural analysis and design for residential and small commercial projects
• Design reinforced concrete, steel, and masonry structures
• Prepare detailed structural calculations and engineering reports
• Develop and review structural drawings and construction details
• Use structural engineering software for analysis and design
• Review structural models and drawings for accuracy and compliance
• Interpret architectural drawings and coordinate structural requirements
• Coordinate with architects, drafters, and other engineers
• Identify and resolve structural design issues
• Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements
• Maintain accurate engineering documentation and project records
• Meet project deadlines and quality requirements
• Communicate professionally with internal teams and international clients

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Structural Design Engineering
• Strong hands-on experience in structural analysis and design
• Proven experience designing reinforced concrete, steel, and masonry structures
• Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and design methodology
• Proficiency in relevant structural engineering software such as:
• ETABS
• SAFE
• STAAD.Pro
• AutoCAD
• Or equivalent structural design software
• Ability to independently perform structural calculations and design
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Ability to work effectively in a professional engineering environment

Experience Requirement – Strictly Applied

Candidates should have 5+ years of actual professional structural design experience after obtaining their engineering degree.

Internships, university projects, academic design projects, site experience, construction supervision, and unrelated engineering experience will not be counted as structural design experience.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience working on:

• Australian structural projects
• Australian Standards / AS Codes
• International residential projects
• Commercial buildings
• International engineering consultancy projects

will be preferred.

Experience with Australian clients and engineering documentation will be considered an advantage.

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
