We're looking for a motivated Structural Engineer to join our growing team!

If you're a recent engineering graduate or an early-career structural engineer looking for hands-on design experience, professional mentorship, and opportunities to advance your career, we'd love to meet you.

You'll work alongside experienced structural engineers designing commercial and residential buildings from initial concept through construction.

What sets up apart:

· Starting salary range: $65,000 - $75,000

About the Job:

• Develop gravity and lateral design loads in accordance with applicable building codes.
• Design and detail structural systems using wood, steel, concrete, and masonry.
• Develop structural analysis models using engineering design software such as RAM Steel and RAM Elements.
• Prepare structural framing plans, foundation designs, engineering calculations, and construction documents.
• Assist with site visits and structural observations of existing buildings and projects under construction.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers throughout the design and construction process.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Architectural Engineering, with relevant structural engineering coursework.

· 1–3 years of structural engineering experience.

· Working knowledge of structural engineering fundamentals and analysis.

· Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

· A genuine interest in building design and professional development.
