Jobs Summary:
- Provider/ Responsible for creating structural designs for all company projects
- Provide the necessary structural analysis and computations needed in the permits
- Conducts regular ocular inspection on all company projects
- Providers technical support for planning
Jobs Qualifications:
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- 3-5 years experience in a design firm / Land Development project preferably in a real estate industry
- Knowledgeable in Autocad, STAAD, Revit and other design software
- Has background on designing riprap, soil stabilization and land development
