Structural Design Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze telecommunication towers, poles, and other structural components.
• Perform structural calculations for wind, seismic, dead, and live loads.
• Conduct structural capacity assessments of existing towers.
• Design and assess tower foundations.
• Prepare structural drawings, calculations, and technical reports.
• Review engineering plans and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Coordinate with project, civil, and site engineering teams.
• Provide technical support during construction and installation activities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in structural design and analysis, preferably in telecommunications/tower structures.
• Knowledge of structural design codes and standards.
• Proficiency in structural design software such as STAAD.Pro, ETABS, SAP2000, or similar software.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
