Full Job Description / 职位描述About the Role / 岗位概述

We are seeking a dedicated Structural Design Engineer to join our Middle East subsidiary. In this role, you will provide structural technical support for camp integrated housing, light steel structures, and modular building projects. You will be responsible for structural modeling, load calculation under international codes (BS/EN/AISC), and drafting construction drawings.

Key Responsibilities / 核心职责

• Provide professional structural technical support for local camp integrated housing and light steel construction projects in the Middle East.负责中东子公司营地集成房屋及轻钢结构项目的结构专业技术支持。
• Prepare and draft precise architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD.使用 AutoCAD 绘制项目所需的建筑、结构施工图及节点深化图。
• Perform structural calculation reports and finite element analysis using SAP2000 and STAAD.Pro in accordance with Eurocodes (EN), American codes (AISC/ACI), or Middle East regional standards.根据项目需求，使用 SAP2000、STAAD.Pro 等软件出具结构计算书（含抗风、抗震及基础承载力计算），严格执行欧标、美标或中东当地规范。
• Coordinate with project sites to handle technical disclosures, design changes, and engineering queries.配合现场团队提供技术交底、答疑及设计变更处理。

Requirements & Qualifications / 任职要求

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Steel Structure, or related disciplines.本科及以上学历，土木工程、结构工程、钢结构等相关专业。
• Experience: 1–3 years of structural design experience. Background in light steel structures, modular/prefabricated housing, or industrial steel frames is preferred.1–3年相关结构设计工作经验；有轻钢结构、集成/装配式房屋或门式刚架经验者优先。
• Software Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD, and skilled in structural calculation software such as SAP2000 and STAAD.Pro.精通 AutoCAD，熟练掌握 SAP2000、STAAD.Pro 等结构计算分析软件。
• Codes & Standards: Familiar with European (EN), American (AISC/ACI), or Middle East structural codes.熟悉或了解欧标、美标或中东国家遵循的结构标准规范。
• Language: Good communication skills in English (verbal and written) for daily technical working coordination.具备良好的英语交流能力（听说读写），能进行日常及技术工作沟通。
• Attributes: Strong sense of responsibility, good teamwork, and adaptability to overseas work environments.具备高度责任心，良好的团队协作能力，适应常驻阿联酋工作。
