What they need
PHILIPPINES NATIONALITY
We are looking for a Structural Design Engineer with 2–6 years of Dubai experience in villa construction, renovation, and extension projects.
Responsibilities
- Perform structural analysis and design of reinforced concrete and steel structures.
- Prepare structural calculations, design reports, drawings, and construction details.
- Design foundations, beams, columns, slabs, and steel connections.
- Assess existing structures for proposed modifications and extensions.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and site teams.
- Prepare technical submissions and address authority and consultant comments.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- 2–6 years of relevant structural design experience in Dubai.
- Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000 or STAAD.Pro, and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of applicable design codes and Dubai authority submission requirements.
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
