Structural Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead structural analysis and design using ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, and AutoCAD.
• Prepare, review, and approve structural drawings, design reports, and construction documentation.
• Conduct design review and peer review of projects to ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with codes.
• Design and detail RC framed structures, shear wall buildings, steel structures, retaining walls, sumps, flat slabs, and pile foundations.
• Provide technical leadership for hospital buildings and institutional structures.
• Collaborate with architects, MEP engineers, and project managers for integrated design solutions.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor construction quality, and resolve technical issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on design best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelors/Masters degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• 5 to 12 years of proven experience in structural design and detailing.
• Demonstrated expertise in design review and peer review of structural projects.
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, AutoCAD.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
