Structural Design Engineer

About the Role

Candidates must have the ability to make well-informed design decisions based on their knowledge of civil engineering concepts and locality requirements. Contributes to the preparation of full sets of construction plans. Ensure the quality of all work completed.

Responsibilities

5 to 8 years of building design experience.

Experience in a wide variety of structural materials and building types with emphasis on design of larger steel and concrete structures in multiple market sectors.

Must have experience in High Rises and High rise Building

SE license is a plus.

Experience with DSA and HCAI/OSHPD is a plus.

Experience with seismic evaluation and retrofit of existing buildings using ASCE 41 is a plus.

Master’s degree from a US university in structural engineering is highly desirable.

Strong communication and people skills, and team players required.

All candidates must be eligible to work and are located in the US.

Qualifications

Must have a B.S. in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
