This contract-to-hire opportunity is perfect for experienced drafting and design professionals passionate about structural projects. The ideal candidate will be proficient in 3D modeling, contract drawing creation, and have strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and management. Top Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of drafting/design experience in the structural field
• At least 1 year of Revit experience
• Preferably experienced in light manufacturing facility design
• Familiar with traditional steel and concrete structures
• Proficient with Navisworks and Bluebeam
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
