Structural Designer Engineer/Estimator

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Licensed Civil Engineer is preferred.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in structural design and construction estimating.
• Proficient in structural analysis and design software (e.g., ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, SAP2000).
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of quantity surveying, cost estimation, and construction methodologies.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
• Living Near Dasmarinas Cavite or willing to relocate
