Structural Designer (Entry Level) – Revit/AutoCAD

We're a structural engineering firm based in Newark, Ohio looking to bring on someone early in their career who's hungry to learn and ready to grow. You don't need to have all the answers — you need to show up, pay attention, and care about doing the work right.

What we're looking for:

• Some exposure to Revit and/or AutoCAD (coursework, personal projects, or internship experience counts)
• Background in structural engineering, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field — degree in progress or completed
• Curiosity about how buildings and structures actually work
• Willingness to learn structural drawing standards, detailing, and BIM workflows
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and coachable

No prior professional structural experience required — we'll teach you the right way to do it.
