Structural Designer (PEB)

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented PEB Designer to join our Design & Engineering team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing structural drawings and detailing for Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) while ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare PEB structural drawings, GA drawings, fabrication drawings, and erection drawings.
• Prepare detailed drawings for columns, rafters, purlins, bracings, connections, and other structural components.
• Interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
• Coordinate with the design and engineering team to understand project requirements.
• Modify drawings based on design changes, client comments, and engineering requirements.
• Ensure drawings are accurate and follow company standards and project specifications.
• Coordinate with production, fabrication, and project teams for drawing-related requirements.
• Review drawings for dimensions, specifications, quantities, and technical accuracy.
• Maintain proper records of drawings and revisions.
• Support the engineering team in resolving design and detailing issues.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of PEB structures and steel detailing.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of PEB/structural design software such as STAAD.Pro, Tekla, MBS, or similar software is an advantage.
• Understanding of structural steel components, connections, and fabrication processes.
• Ability to read and understand structural and architectural drawings.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and work on different projects.

Education

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Freshers with relevant technical knowledge can also apply.

Experience

• 0–1 years of experience in PEB design/detailing.
• Freshers with knowledge of AutoCAD and structural concepts are welcome.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
