Role Summary:
Responsible for independent execution, coordination, and technical leadership of civil and structural 3D design activities using SmartPlant 3D (S3D) and Tekla Structures for EPC projects in the Oil & Gas sector, ensuring compliance with project requirements, standards, and schedule commitments.

What Youll Do:

• Develop and manage 3D civil & structural models using SP3D and Tekla Structures
• Model RCC foundations, pipe racks, equipment foundations, buildings, platforms, stairs, handrails, and steel structures
• Prepare and extract GA drawings, foundation drawings, structural steel GA & fabrication drawings, and MTOs/BOQs
• Coordinate with multiple disciplines to resolve clashes and layout issues
• Guide and mentor junior designers and draftsmen, review models and drawings for quality
• Ensure compliance with international standards and project specifications
• Participate in model review sessions and support interfaces with fabrication and construction teams
• Support Discipline Lead in execution planning, work allocation, and progress monitoring

What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):

• Experience with S3D Modelling (Structural)
• Proficiency in Tekla Structures (Steel Modelling/Detailing)
• Experience in RCC foundations and structural steel (pipe rack/equipment structures)
• Ability to prepare GA & fabrication drawings and extract MTOs
• Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Refinery EPC project experience
• Experience with Navisworks or equivalent for model review
• Strong understanding of EPC workflows and deliverable sequences
• Excellent coordination and communication skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Good to Have (Optional - only if mentioned):

• Exposure to fabrication-driven modeling using Tekla
• Industry experience in fertilizers or process plants

Qualifications:
Diploma / bachelor s degree in civil / Structural Engineering
