Job Title & Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Structural Draftperson to join our team. You will play a key role in drafting structural component and supporting structural engineers for a wide range of building projects.

Responsibilities

• Good understanding of basic structural components of buildings (low-rise apartments, transportable buildings, mining camps, childcare centers, warehouses, sheds, etc.
• Prepare and deliver clear and comprehensive structural design drawings for client.
• Work independently, managing your workload and meeting deadlines effectively.
• Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including architects, contractors, and Australian engineers.

Qualifications & Experience

• Structural Engineering experience or qualification.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in structural engineering design
• Strong experience in steel (hot rolled/LGS) & reinforced concrete design
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
